Our Quality Control Process

 

We always perform production monitoring for quality control during production. We carry out quality control on both incoming raw materials and the produced goods. We also perform packaging quality control when the production is completed and before any shipment. We also carry out quality control and check to ensure that every aspect of the specifications of your order has been met.

 

Free Setup and Free 1-Color Print

 

When you place your order from KCMM, we do not charge you for setup fees on your orders. This is absolutely free and we also provide a free one color imprint for all your orders.

 

Our Delivery

 

We deliver worldwide. Wherever you are in any part of the world, excluding the moon, we will deliver your order to you. We use different shipping methods and we have partnered with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT and we ship through Air Express. We do not use post service for air shipment. We also use sea shipping to get orders across to our clients. We can ship using Pallet and full container (LCL/FCL) and we also offer direct doorstep delivery for a sea shipping option. This method of delivery is limited to selected countries. 

 

Therefore, when we ship by sea, we offer direct delivery to your doorsteps through DHL, FedEx, or UPS. All customs fees are paid from China, which means when you receive your order; you don’t have to pay anything. If you want, we can also deliver your order to your sear port directly. We can also ship using trains or trucks to selected countries in Europe. When we ship from China through train or truck, we can have the order delivered directly to the doorsteps of the customers. The courier costs for the delivery are usually calculated based on a tiered basis. This means that the higher the weight and volume of your shipment, the lower the cost per kg/lb that you will be required to pay.

 

Branding and Printing

 

With over a decade in branding products, KCMM has developed the expertise required to achieve any type of branding. We know how best to brand your products with your company’s logo and brand name. Some options of branding that we can use for your order include Embossing, Debossing, Laser, Engraving, Water Transfer Printing, Silkscreen Printing, Carving, Inkjet Printing, Sublimation Printing, Embroidery, Hot Stamping, Heat Transfer Printing, and IMD Printing.

 

Product Warehousing

 

We can offer product warehousing for your products for up to six months. Our large storage facility in China is available to all our customers for use. You don’t have to worry about the cost. We will warehouse your product for free for up to six months.
